防潮处理，素地配合条件及使用保养注意事项：
1、地面须经水泥粉或整体粉光、表面要求坚硬、平整、不得有脱层松动现象；
2、粉光面力求平整、并有适当排水坡度或排水沟（根据需要）；
3、防蚀地面与洁净场所之地面与墙面交接处要做水泥砂浆圆弧，其半径至少5公分；
4、新水泥面需经过四周以上的养护，施工前表面要经过充分干燥，含水量在8%以下或是使用透明胶布覆盖，以胶带粘贴地水泥地，待8小时后，检视胶布内如无水气结露现象即可施工；
5、有重物拦击或锐利物刮之区域须安置橡胶板等保护；
6、搬动车要用橡胶轮胎；
7、灰尘或物料用吸尘器清除即可；
8、油渍或污垢用去渍油或清洁剂擦洗；
9、地板受损可做局面修补；
PREVENTION OF MOISTURE, FLOOR COND

3、Cement grit are is needed for the connection walls be-tween the
corrosive and cleaning areas,The radius should be at least 5cm.
4、New cement should be prepared at least 4 weeks in advance before
commence of work,Cement must be dry ,moisture content should be
less than 8% or the cement should be covered by plastic sheet that
is sturck to cement surface.Inspection of moisture content is car-ried
out after 8 hours dryness.
5、The impact area or area easily to be scratched shoued be protected
by rubber sheets
6、Use rubber tires for transportation
7、Use vacuum cleaner for dust or materials cleaning
8、Use cleaning agents to clean the dirt or grease
9、Partial repair can be done if the floor is damaged. |
